The Mubadala Citi DC Open in Washington, DC is one of the longest-running, most prestigious tennis tournaments, and the only combined ATP & WTA 500 tournament in the world, held annually in Rock Creek Park. As a two-time partner, we manage and operate the full food and beverage program for the event’s entire 10-day schedule, providing full catering to VIP suites and major sponsorship lounges, specialty cocktail programs thematic to each location at the stadium, and partnerships with celebrity chefs and local DMV-area restaurants.

At Super Bowl LVII, we activated three themed zones featuring food from 33 stations and a team of over 100 staff members flown in from across the country. Menu highlights included 7,500 chicken chimichangas, 900 pounds of rice, 8,000 sliders, and standout regional fare like Phoenix’s Sonoran Corn Dogs. With six months of planning and detailed logistics, the result was a seamless, high-volume event that brought together local flavor and national expertise.

For one of the sport’s premier racing teams, we led private hospitality with a garden-inspired experience layered in intention. Guests moved between affogato carts, fresh juice bars, and a speakeasy-style cocktail station, while daily rotating action stations and passed hors d’oeuvres.
At Boathouse, our public ticketed space, we reimagined festival fare through a South Florida lens. Seasonal chef tables highlighted bold, local ingredients, and an easygoing menu brought new energy to casual race-day dining.
